Custom videos and Photosets of your favourite models

Hello and Welcome to all.

Times have changed, I think all will agree. There was once a time when you opened up a magazine and saw a girl you liked and would never have of dreamt of having contact with her.

Now days, that has all changed, the internet has brought all the girls on-line, their agents and fan pages and you can contact the girls direct, and keep up to date with there twitter and face book.

But…..

For those still wanting to see more of their favourite model, maybe be a personalised and custom photosets or videos, shot the way you would like it, the internet can now offer you much more.

I am more than happy to offer my photographic services and skills to shoot a personal customise set of photography, for a private client or a model, which may have clients and fans that have request photographic work, for their own private use. I will also be able to offer person and customise HD video some time in the late spring of 2012 onwards.

Generations

Where did that dream team go? A couple of years back there where a group of models that had done well with printed publishing work with the majority of them having appeared regularly in the Sun and Daily star on page 3, and became "the must haves" of the glamour industry and every webmaster wanted them on their members' sites.

Time waits for no man (or woman), a sad fact of life, which no one can change is that we all are all getting older. As we mature our ideas, plans and believes all change to fit the experiences we had and responsibilities that have alter our perception on life, as models mature they look to new careers or rising families, and leave modelling.

As one generation leaves, another steps up to take it’s place. Good models like Carla Brown, who is now running Glamour Star Live and Pinup–Wow and Hayley-Marie who now runs her own site Hayley’s Secrets and has now started to shoot photography keep going and then their are the girls you really never want to see quit such as Rachel B and Kerri G who are pursuing other careers and then is Petra So who is sill hard at it working away, and I wish them all the best of luck.

But there is no generation stepping up to fill the void left by these models, and that is not good! The models of today, do not want to work and own focus on printed publications that bring in very little paid work, and no fame at all (which is what most girls really want) but the time they hit their mid 20's, it is all to late.

About Time

Yes I made a blog, as lot of my friends who I severed with in the Army or who I was at school with seem to think I have the best job in the world and that it is very easy, and No, currently I not looking for anyone to hold my bag, make the tea or oil up the girls, thanks guys.

Work is work, and ok what I do it much better than a lot of other jobs, but there is still plenty of hard work goes into what I do. Organisation seems to be the biggest chore, booking a model, getting free date and then sorting out travel, there also accommodation and food to sort out, and negotiating fees.

Prepping of the kit for the shoot and then picking up the model which is a 3 hour round trip to ferry or Airports, cooking the meals and then we get to the shoots, plus fitting in the rest of life around all this.

One of the biggest misconceptions in this business on the part of Models and also Photographers is the amount of work that is done before and after a shoot. Once the Model has returned to the UK I am then left to clean up, wash and tidy away what has been used in the shoot, I then also have to edit images and retouching.

Retouching can be very time consuming, I have been known to put up to 4 hours into an image, because I like to keep the sharpness of the features of the model in the images. There is not much point in spending out a large amount on a lens, only to use a surface blur in Photoshop as a cheap way for skin smoothing.

This year I work with some great people, mad many new friends in the industry and final got around to working at long Last with Bailey Godfrey, who I waited for years to work with.
Reflecting back on the year, which is almost at a close for me, it has had it ups and downs, but I already making plans for next year.

Over this Winter I will not be shooting and I work back on the web on various project for other people, I will start to think about shooting date in December for next year and my first shoot will or should take place in February 2010.

Normandie Beaches

This year I started a new project on my local beach near to where I live. I hope to carry this on next year and for coming years because I had good results. The west coast of Normandy, has the luxury of sunsets and sandy beaches which is a rear occurrence in the UK.

I learnt this year, is that is possible to shoot some very good beach photos at sunset with out jetting of to a sunny or hot destination, everyone is at the mercy of the weather no matter where you are.

So starting with some disappointment this year after jetting off to the Mediterranean, I turn up trumps with some good result from another experiment So thanks to the models who braved it down to the beach with me.
